99baji Terms and Conditions — In Plain English

1General Terms

99baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of 99baji's services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute in another language, the Bengali version shall be considered final. 99baji reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of changes in a timely manner.

99baji's Terms and Conditions apply to all disputes, complaints, and legal matters for both the platform and its members. These terms are designed to protect members' rights and ensure a fair, transparent environment.

2Account Registration

To open an account on 99baji, you must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Accounts created with false or incorrect information will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may not be refunded.

Information Required for Registration:

• Full legal name (as shown on your National ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Correct date of birth (for age verification)
• Active email address
• Payment method details (bKash / Nagad / Rocket number)

Each individual may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

99baji may request additional documents for identity verification at any time — such as a national ID, passport, or mobile banking statement. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3Age & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old to open an account on 99baji and participate in any betting or gaming activity. Minors are not permitted to register, and any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use 99baji:

• Employees of 99baji or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is strictly prohibited
• Individuals previously banned or expelled for fraud

4Deposits & Withdrawals

99baji supports deposits and withdrawals through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes
• Only use a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Once bonus wagering is complete, withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is pending

5Bonuses & Promotions

The bonus policy is a key part of 99baji's Terms and Conditions. Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated before the bonus is claimed.

Welcome Bonus:

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x the total of the deposit and bonus amount combined.

General bonus terms:

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• A minimum odds of 1.5 applies when wagering with bonus funds.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same device are not permitted.
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Reload bonuses, cashback, and free bet offers are each subject to their own separate terms.

6Betting Rules

All betting activity on 99baji is governed by specific rules. Please read the rules for each sport carefully before placing any bets.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a Cash-Out option is available).
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.
• 99baji reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Real-time odds apply for live betting, and disputes arising from internet delays will not be accepted.

Cash-Out:

A cash-out option is available on select events. Cashing out allows you to receive a partial or full return based on the value at that moment, which may be lower or higher than your original potential winnings.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99baji platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and all funds will be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Intentionally losing bets to exploit bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Operating another person's account on their behalf
• Conducting money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Participating in match-fixing or any other illegal activity
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's software for personal gain
• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes using false or misleading information

8Account Closure & Suspension

99baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Registering with incorrect or false information
• If identity verification has not been completed
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining principal balance will be refunded, but any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be charged after 12 months of inactivity. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed.

9Responsible Gaming

99baji believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. That's why responsible gaming is a core part of our Terms and Conditions.

Available Protection Tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you want to play in a single session.
• Reality Check: You'll receive periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Block yourself for any duration — from 30 days to permanent.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

10Privacy & Security

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account login details confidential.

11Dispute Resolution

If you encounter any issue or dispute, please contact the 99baji customer support team directly in the first instance. We aim to resolve most issues within 24 hours.

Steps for Dispute Resolution:

1. Reach out to our support team via live chat or email.
2. Submit a detailed description of your complaint along with any supporting evidence.
3. Our team will provide an official response within 72 hours.
4. If the issue remains unresolved, members may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

Under 99baji's Terms and Conditions, the applicable law and jurisdiction for any legal dispute will be determined by the platform's licensing authority.

12Terms Update Policy

99baji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend visiting this page regularly to stay informed.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and 99baji, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.
